Does Kitenzo offer a trial period?
We do. There is a 14 day trial on both plans, and if you're using a development store, you can use Kitenzo for free until you launch.
What is the difference between the Essential and Performance plans?
The Essential plan gives you everything you need to start selling bundles. The Performance plan is for growing and enterprise stores, and includes advanced features like Template Creator and the Conditions Engine. The Performance plan also includes a lower usage charge (1% rather than 1.25%) so makes sense for stores with higher AOVs.

What kind of support do you offer?
We offer email support on the Essential plan, and email support plus a dedicated account manager on the Performance plan.
Do you have an Enterprise plan?
For stores selling more than $500k a month using bundles, we do offer an Enterprise plan with discounted usage charges, please get in touch with us using the beacon button in the bottom right of this screen, and an account manager will reach out to you ASAP.
