This Refund Policy applies to the Kitenzo Shopify application ("App") operated by Kitenzo Ltd ("we," "our," "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15839157).

2. Billing Through Shopify

All billing and payment processing for the Kitenzo App is managed entirely through Shopify's billing system. We do not process payments directly. When you subscribe to a paid plan, charges are handled by Shopify and appear on your Shopify invoice.

3. No Direct Refunds

As billing is managed through Shopify, we do not issue direct refunds. Subscription charges are governed by Shopify's billing policies.

4. Requesting a Review

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, or if there are exceptional circumstances you would like us to consider, please contact our support team. We will review your case and work with you to find a fair resolution.

• Your Shopify store URL (myshopify.com domain)
• A description of the issue or reason for your request
• Any relevant dates or transaction details

We aim to respond to all refund review requests within 5 working days.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription and uninstall the App at any time through the Shopify App Store. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the App until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

6. Free Trial

If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charges will apply. If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
